Simticomplect MM Ltd. has been registered in 1996 and since operates in its headquarters located in the town of Varna, 1 Voinishka Street. Main activities of the company are construction, erection, fitting and reconstruction including design, manufacturing and erection of metal structures, heating installations and stations, refrigerating installations, treatment and purification facilities, delivery and fitting of technological equipment, ducts and pipelines, pressurized vessels, lifting equipment, industrial construction works, storage tanks and industrial installations.
After the wide foreign investment invasion in Bulgaria and due to the relationship with many foreign industrial investors in Bulgaria Simticomplect MM Ltd. followed their requirements for plant maintenance by specialized firms and began also servicing of lifting equipment such as cranes, telphers, loading equipment, undercrane railways, forklifts, etc.

Simticomplect MM Ltd. employs full-time or part-time highly qualified managers and engineers in all subjects.
The company has its own Design Team to do design and technological work.
The company uses a number of sub-contractors to supply materials such as half-finished steel reinforcement, concrete, slaked lime, wood products, etc.
The company operates its own machinery and equipment such as motor vehicles, metal processing machinery, welding and jackhammer equipment for the performed construction and reconstruction works.
The company has been certified and granted permission to perform activities according to Decrees 15, 28, 30, 31.
Simticomplect MM Ltd. is a member of the Bulgarian Chamber of Construction.
